Emily & Andrew’s Maryland Wedding
Okay I know that in my last post I announced that I was going to attempt to blog every day until I got caught up…and I didn’t. But this time it actually wasn’t by choice. I helped my sister move into a new apartment this week and she doesn’t have internet yet so I’ve been sponging off the neighbors as much as possible…sometimes I can jump online just long enough to download my emails but usually not long enough to actually respond to any of them. So instead I’ve been answering emails from my iPhone which is rather tedious. So blogging hasn’t exactly been on the top of my priority list.
But it seems that I have connected to someone’s internet so I’m hoping it will last long enough to upload some pictures for a new blog post…finally. Because I’m super excited to bring this wedding to you. The wedding of Emily and Andrew which took place in Woodbine, MD at the private home of a friend of Emily’s family. It was so gorgeous and simple and personal and crafty and I loved every second of it. I’ll try to get some details about all of the other vendors from the couple and post that info when I get a chance. And for those who don’t know, Andrew was one of the famously talented guys from Monachetti who created my own very cherished wedding video. Enjoy!

“Love Never Fails” was done by one of my favorite artists and my good friend Casey Johnson. He also made adorable wooden sailboats for the pool the reception took place around. Anyone can contact him at casey@onesmallinstrument.com He is AMAZING and can be contacted for almost any installation piece big or small. You can see some of his work that he does with wood here: virb.com/caseyreed. He is currently the display coordinator at Anthropologie in Annapolis, MD.
hello…just stumbled upon your blog…do you photograph weddings in Bethesda MD by chance?
