After moving into a new house a few weeks ago, I had so much fun doing my first ever shoot in my brand new home studio. It felt great. Here are just a few of the images from Chris' 8 month-old session. You may remember Chris from a few months ago but he was just a little guy then...not like now. He really is such a little rock star. In case it's hard to tell, that is a pillow shaped like an amp. This one was actually shot right on our bed...gotta love the seersucker suit. And in front of the incredibly cool new wallpaper. Of course I have a lot more to catch up on but if you're wondering what I've been up to, check my other blog for updates on all of the wedding nonsense.

Everyone who's anyone needs to go check out this very cool website right away, A Visual Guide for the Online Bride. It is a website & blog put together by a very cool photographer chick named Kimberly Calacoutis. When she asked me to submit some images and answer some questions for this piece about photographers, I was thrilled. And it's always great to be in good company. I was honored to share the spotlight with Tina Carter and Lauren Killian who are both fantastic. Of course the guys' segment will be coming up later because apparently they couldn't get their act together in time. When we find out who they are, we can all throw rocks at them. :)

Tonight the fam (Michael, Kay, Zoe & Henry) came over to hang out for a bit. Kay & Zoe were all dressed up from Jessie's tea party birthday extravaganza so we decided to do a little mini photo shoot while they were here. Unfortunately, Michael was busy setting up our surround-sound speakers and did not make it into any of the pictures. He also wasn't wearing a cute, foofy dress though. Here are a few... This one cracks me up because Zoe is reading Ayn Rand That's all for now. I'm heading to Vegas tomorrow for WPPI so if you're there and you see me, please stop and say hello.

Hey all of you photographers out there! After the great success of The Modern Portrait DC seminar, Diana and I have decided to continue to add more dates around the country. Our next one is coming up pretty soon on April 16th & 17th in Hermosa Beach, CA. We've also just added another one at the studio of portrait phenom, Lena Hyde on May 27th & 28th in West Palm Beach, FL. We are keeping both of these seminars nice and small for an intimate feel and lots of personal attention. Sign up before we fill up.

Hello to all of you ladies & gents out there in blog-land. Since these days I am in wedding-land both personally & professionally, I find myself browsing an awful lot of wedding-related blogs. So I took it upon myself to create a new blog that I'm calling the Unveiled Society to link to all of the wedding-related blogs that I come across. If you'd like to list your blog there, just add http://unveiledsociety.wordpress.com to your blogroll and then send me an email to justine@justineungaro.com/backup-old-wordpress to let me know that you've done so and I'll post it right away. If you are a bride blogger, let me know that. If you are a wedding professional, please let me know the category of your business...planner, photographer, stationer etc so that I can list you in the appropriate spot. I will select a blog to feature each day. If you decide to feature Unveiled
