While we were at Toys R Us shopping for Jack's birthday present, I managed to find my wedding dress. I think it's a steal at $29.95. Isn't it cute? I'd better lose some weight though. :)

Today Jack Burke turned 3 and it has been quite a celebration! On Sunday he had a really fun ice-skating party. It was such a blast, I used to ice skate a lot back in middle school but I've probably only gone a couple of times in the past 16 years or so. But wouldn't you know, it's just like riding a bike, it comes back so easily. Not to say that I'm that good or anything but I was brave enough to skate around with $4000+ in camera equipment hanging around my neck. Yikes! Here are some pictures from the party... This is one of me & Gary courtesy of the very wonderful Linda Santiago. The birthday boy! They had these little walker things for the kids to hang onto so that they wouldn't fall too much. Gary was a little jealous that they didn't make a bigger version but after

So I need to do some major catching up on this blog! I'll start out with the lovely and talented Ngoc Nguyen of Skybox Event Productions who I had the pleasure of seeing on Saturday. Ngoc and I met at an ISES event a couple of months ago and I was thrilled when she asked me to shoot a headshot for her new website that is launching in a couple of weeks. Yay! Stay tuned...I will be launching a new wedding blog in a few weeks as well as a new website for Studio Diana Weddings!

I'm a little late blogging this tidbit but last weekend we bid farewell to my fabulous sister-in-law, Kay Hanley as she headed out of town to tour with the biggest musical act around these days. I know what you're thinking...who? who? Well to give you a clue, it's the hardest show to get tickets to...some are going for upwards of $2500 and people are going to insane lengths to get them. No, it's not The Rolling Stones, it's Hannah Montana! Many of you are probably wondering "who the hell is Hannah Montana?" That's what I thought until a couple of months ago. If you have children though, you probably know all too well. Anyway, Hannah Montana is the Disney tv character played by the very talented, Miley Cyrus, daughter of country singer, Billy Ray Cyrus. Apparently she is huge and is selling out huge arenas and stadiums and it's just

Well yesterday afternoon, Gary and I decided to take a spontaneous trip to the San Diego area so that he could shoot Ike Turner talking on the phone with Howard Stern at 4am. Sounds like fun, right? So anyway, we finally got to drop Oliver off at K9 loft and it looks like he is having a great time. I know because I have been spying on him via webcam. You can look too, if you like. webcam. The funny thing is that when I first logged on this morning, there were a bunch of dogs running around sniffing each other and then I see Oliver...sitting on the lap of the one and only human in the room. I couldn't help but think, "yep, that's my boy". :) So anyway, apparently we are staying in an area that is really more of a retirement community than anything else. We checked in
